Terms of Use

Short version: Enjoy the site, don't copy or misuse our work, and understand that satire is satire. Merch orders follow our Refund Policy. Gifts made through the donation links go directly to those organizations, not through us.
1. Who we are
di-jay.com is operated by R'Lyehian Creative Studios, a sole proprietorship based in Pennsylvania ("Dijay", "we", "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, music, artwork, logos, screenshots and software shown on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, modify or reuse our content or branding, including on merchandise, without our written permission.
The names and logos of other companies and organizations on this site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those organizations or link to them. That use does not mean they sponsor or endorse Dijay.
3. Satire and opinion
Some of our work, including The Covfefe Kid, is political satire and parody. It is commentary and humor, not a statement of fact, and it reflects only the creator's opinions. Real people referred to in satirical work have not approved or endorsed it.
4. Donation links
The "Causes" section links directly to each organization's own donation page. When you give there, you are giving to that organization, not to Dijay. We never receive, hold or handle your gift, and refunds or receipts for it come from the organization itself. Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on the organization and the specific fund; check the receipt they send you.
Buying merch is an ordinary purchase. It is not a donation and is not tied to any of these organizations.
5. Merch
Merch is sold through our Printify Pop-Up Store, a separate website. Your purchase is also subject to the store's checkout terms and our Refund Policy.
6. Projects in development
Dijayware and The Groove Harvester are works in progress. Descriptions, screenshots and mockups show work at the time they were made. Features may change, and we don't promise any release date or that a project will be released.
7. Links to other websites
The site links to social media, music platforms, our merch store and charities. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.
8. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, hack or scrape the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
9. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law, including consumer protection rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside the United States, you also keep any protections the laws of your country give you.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
