Refund Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
Short version: Every item is printed when you order it, so we can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
Made to order
Our merch is printed on demand by Printify's print partners after you place your order. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items
If something is wrong with your order, email dijaymail2025@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- a short description of the problem, and
- clear photos of the item and the problem (and of the shipping label, if the package was damaged).
Once we confirm the problem, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.
Returns and exchanges
Because each item is made for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or similar reasons. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or says the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, email us. We'll work with Printify and the carrier to resolve it and will replace or refund orders that are confirmed lost in transit.
If a package comes back to us because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address and pay the new shipping cost.
Cancellations
Orders move into production quickly. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel and fully refund an order only if it hasn't entered production yet.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Donations
Gifts made through the donation links on this site go directly to those organizations. For a refund or receipt, contact the organization you gave to.
