Cookie Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
Short version: di-jay.com does not set any cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie to block bots and attacks. That cookie is strictly necessary, so the site doesn't need a cookie consent banner.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. This policy covers all of them.
Cookies this site may use
The site's own code sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage or tracking pixels. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, may set the following cookies, depending on which security features are active at the time of your visit:
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Tells real visitors apart from bots to protect the site from automated attacks. | 30 minutes | Strictly necessary |
cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Remembers that you passed a security check, so you aren't asked again. Set only if you are shown a challenge. | Usually 30 minutes | Strictly necessary |
_cfuvid | Cloudflare | Applies rate limits fairly to visitors who share an IP address. | End of browser session | Strictly necessary |
None of these cookies are used for advertising or to follow you across websites. For full details, see Cloudflare's cookie documentation (opens in a new tab).
Visitor statistics without cookies
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting.
Do we need your consent?
No. Privacy laws such as the EU ePrivacy Directive and the UK PECR require consent for cookies that aren't strictly necessary, such as analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Cookies needed to keep a site secure are exempt. Because this site uses only strictly necessary security cookies, there is no consent banner. If we ever add cookies that need consent, we will ask you first and update this page.
Other websites
When you follow a link to TikTok, Facebook, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, our Printify merch store or a charity's donation page, that website may set its own cookies. Their cookie policies apply there, not this one.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block Cloudflare's security cookies, you may be asked to complete a security check more often, but the site will still work.
