Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

Short version: di-jay.com has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no ads and no tracking cookies. We don't sell or share your personal information. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data so the site loads and stays secure. If you buy merch or email us, we use what you give us only to fulfill your order or reply to you.

Who we are

This website, di-jay.com, is operated by R'Lyehian Creative Studios, a sole proprietorship based in Pennsylvania ("Dijay", "we", "us"). You can reach us at dijaymail2025@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

1. Technical data when you visit

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser when you load a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks and abusive traffic. We do not use this data to identify you.

Cloudflare may set a small security cookie for this purpose. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. Visitor statistics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate statistics such as page views, referring sites and page load speed. According to Cloudflare, this tool does not use cookies or browser storage and does not fingerprint visitors. We only see totals, never information about individual visitors.

3. Merch orders

Merch is sold through our Printify Pop-Up Store at rlyehian-creative-studios.printify.me, a separate website. When you order, the store collects your name, email address, shipping address and order details so the order can be made, shipped and supported. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We are the seller of record for these orders, so we keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Printify and Stripe also process this data under their own privacy policies.

4. Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and keep it only as long as needed for that conversation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

What we don't collect

  • We have no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, comments or user accounts on this site.
  • We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or social media trackers.
  • We don't embed third-party players or feeds. Links to TikTok, Facebook, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music and the charities are plain links; those services receive nothing from us until you click through.
  • We don't collect sensitive information such as health, financial account or precise location data.

Who we share data with

We share personal information only with the service providers that run the site and the store, and only for the purposes above:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, security and visitor statistics (Cloudflare Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab))
  • Printify — merch store, production and shipping (Printify Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab))
  • Stripe — payment processing for merch orders (Stripe Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab))

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Legal basis (visitors in the EU, EEA and UK)

We process technical and statistical data based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. We process order data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping. We process emails you send based on our legitimate interest in replying to you.

How long we keep data

  • Technical and security data: kept by Cloudflare according to its own retention practices.
  • Order records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Emails: until the conversation is finished, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to receive a copy, or to object to or restrict how we use it. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live. Email dijaymail2025@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we don't track visitors across websites or sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request regardless.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Cloudflare, Printify and Stripe operate worldwide, so your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. These providers state that they protect such transfers with recognized legal safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS and stores no personal data in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to expose.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding a newsletter or a new analytics tool, we'll update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
